T&S Advisory is owned and operated by me, Bianca Wylie. I founded the firm in Toronto, Ontario in late 2025 to offer strategic advice informed by the previous three chapters of my career. I've worked in the private sector technology industry at both start-up and multinational scale, in the public sector as a professional facilitator, and in the non-profit sector as a public-interest technology advocate and policy expert.
